Biman to distribute Eid gifts, special meals for passengers on Eid al-Adha


Dhaka: National flag carrier Biman Bangladesh Airlines has undertaken a special initiative to distribute gift items among passengers traveling on all outbound international flights during the holy Eid al-Adha, aiming to enhance passenger experience and make festive journeys more memorable.
According to a press release issued on May 24, the airline said the initiative reflects its commitment to improving service quality and strengthening cordial relations with passengers. The move is also expected to create a festive atmosphere onboard and ensure a joyful travel experience during Eid.
To facilitate the distribution of gifts on Eid day, a formal handover ceremony was held at Biman’s Balaka Bhaban headquarters in Dhaka on May 24. During the event, Biman Managing Director and CEO Kaiser Sohel Ahmed officially handed over the gift items to the General Manager of Sales and Support Centre.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Managing Director and DCEO Syed Moin Uddin Ahmed and Director of Customer Service Badrul Hasan Liton, along with other senior officials and invited guests.
The Managing Director and CEO thanked all concerned officials and staff members for their support in arranging the Eid gifts for passengers.
In addition to the gift distribution, Biman will also serve special meals for passengers traveling on both international and domestic routes on Eid day.
The airline has further arranged special meals for employees on duty during Eid to ensure the festive spirit is shared equally at workplaces.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines said it would continue its efforts to enhance passenger services and expand the scope of customer care initiatives in the future.
