Discovery Tours appointed official travel agent for ICC Cricket WC 2023

Dhaka: Bangladesh’s Discovery Tours and Logistic has been appointed the official travel agent (OTA) for ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup India 2023.

It may be mentioned here, Discovery Tours and Logistic was also the official hospitality agent for FIFA World Cup 2022 and sold over 950 hospitality packages including FIFA World Cup match tickets worth over 2 million taka.

IAfter the successful completion of FIFA World Cup 2022, witnessing Discovery Tours and Logistic’s quality service and performance, this year, ICC too, appointed Discovery Tours as the official travel agent for the Men’s Cricket World Cup scheduled to take place in India from October 5 to November 19.

Talking to The Bangladesh Monitor, Zahirul Romman, CEO of Discovery Tours and Logistic, said, “Discovery Tours and Logistic is always in effort to bring innovative products and services in tourism. Hence, we have been successfully contributing to the rise of sports tourism in recent times. In continuation of our quality service and performance as the official hospitality partner of FIFA World Cup 2022, this year, ICC has also appointed us the official travel agent for the upcoming Men’s Cricket World Cup.”

On the occasion, Discovery Tours and Logistic has announced an early bird offer with 10 per cent discount on match tickets as well as packages for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 valid till August 3, 2023. 0 per cent EMI is also available.

Romman mentioned, “Already, ticket sales have started and we are witnessing great response, specially for the matches of Bangladesh Cricket Team.”

The standard packages, which include official match tickets, two nights and three-days hotel accommodation (twin sharing basis) and breakfast, range from GBP 225 to GBP 375 as per category.
