MTB holds event to explore real estate opportunities

Dhaka: Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) recently organised an event named 'MTB and Developers Meet' on the theme ‘Spectrum of Opportunities’ at a city hotel recently.

With a view to exploring the opportunities of the real estate sector, the event was conducted with the active participation of industry leaders and top management officials from country’s renowned developers.

To address the current aspects of real estate industry, its challenges and involvement of banks for a sustainable business growth, a panel discussion was held as part of the event.

MTB’s Managing Director and CEO Syed Mahbubur Rahman moderated the panel discussion while F R Khan, Managing Director, Building Technologies and Ideas Ltd, Engr Md Arifur Rahman, CEO, Assurance Developments Ltd, Ghulam Rasool, MD and CEO, Asset Developments and Holdings Ltd, Engr Tanveerul Haque Probal, MD, Building for Future Ltd and Shabbir Hossain, CEO, Doreen Developments Ltd shared their views, idea and insights about the industry and its scopes.
