Gulf Air flight diverted as crew member suffers fatal heart attack 

Gulf Air said that flight GF19 from Bahrain to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris was on November 22 diverted to Erbil after a crew member suffered a fatal heart attack that led to his demise in the Iraqi city.

"The national carrier expresses its deepest condolences to the crew member’s family and loved ones, and confirms that the flight resumed to Paris as scheduled," it said.
 
"Gulf Air reassures that the safety of its passengers and crew comes at the top of its priorities, and thanks the affected flight’s passengers for their patience and understanding," it added.
